Meet Your Presenter

Renee West, SHRM-SCP, PHR, is senior manager on Rea & Associates' human resources consulting team. She serves clients from the firm's New Philadelphia office, where she consults with clients on an array of human resources challenges. With more than 20 years in the HR industry, Renee has become an expert in areas related to employee relations, HR policies, leadership and development, and training. 

In addition to earning her business management from Kent State University, Renee earned the Predictive Index Certification in 2018. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Tuscora Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as president. She is also the Workforce Readiness Director for the State of Ohio SHRM in Columbus.
